Counter Current Pan Mixer

This kind of intensive mixer is famous for its particular structure–an inclined mixing bowl,a set of mixing rotor,and in addition,there is a set of multi-functional mixing scraper on the wall and bottom.

The inclined mixing bowl rotates clockwise slowly,meanwhile,the mixing rotor rotates counterclockwise in a high speed.When the mixtures come from the feeding hole above the bowl,under the action of its gravity,the rotating mixing bowl will continually transports the mixtures to the mixing rotor,including counter currents of mixtures with a high velocity differentia (controlling the materials by adjusting the rotating speed,which is under frequency control).At this time,the multi-functional scraper on the wall and bottom will produce high vertical flow rates and scrape the materials to the discharge door under the bottom of the bowl.Thus,the mixtures will get the most sufficient mixing and the best effect.

The multi-functional scrapers on the wall and bottom are specially designed to prevent residue accumulations on the walls and bottom surface of the mixing bowl,which is available to adjust and replace from the bowl.

• When mixing under the strong mechanical shearing force , the inclined rotating mixing bowlbrings the material to the top, rolling of granules dropping under gravity and peeled off by the multi-purpose scraper, which primely realize the vertical mixing.
• The mixing tool can run variably, slow to fast for mixing ,granulating,increase of rolling energy .(i.e. the input of power into the mix can thus becontrolled specifically,thus the granule sizes can be controlled accordingly)
• The separation between material move and mixing process allows the speed of the mixing tool variable within wide limits.
• The material of mixing bowl contacted with materials could all be SS 316or SS304 , to prevent it from corrosion and to extend the lifespan of mixing bowl.
