YECHUANG MT intensive mixers for iron ore are widely used in iron ore pellet field.With it’s unique working principles and over-whelming prior mixing efficiency,the homogeneity of mixing could largely reduce bentonite consumption,increase the green ball strength and cut down the returning dosage.By using YECHUANG MT intensive mixers,bentonite consumption can even lower to 0.6~0.8%.The combination of weighing sensors and hydraulic driving discharge door can ensure the same time and same homogeneity of the mixing materials in the mixing pan,which guarantees the quality uniformity of the finished products. 

The unique structure and advanced working principles

With unique outline structure of 30° inclined angle mixing bowl, mixing pan in clockwise rotation plus high speed rotating three-dimensional mixing tools in anticlockwise, our intensive mixers are adopted with world-leading mixing principles:

• When mixing under the strong mechanical shearing force , the inclined rotating mixing bowl brings the material to the top, rolling of granules dropping under gravity and peeled off by the multi-purpose scraper, which primely realize the vertical mixing.

• The mixing tool can run variably, slow to fast for mixing ,granulating,increase of rolling energy .(i.e. the input of power into the mix can thus be controlled specifically,thus the granule sizes can be controlled accordingly)

• The separation between material move and mixing process allows the speed of the mixing tool variable within wide limits.

• The material of mixing bowl contacted with materials could all be SS 316 or SS304 , to prevent it from corrosion and to extend the lifespan of mixing bowl.

This mixing principle enables:

• The mixing tool can be run variably, at low or high speed

• The input of power into the mix can thus be controlled specifically

• High tool speeds allow e. g. dusts and sludges to be blended to granules, without material caking at the mixing tool

• Medium tool speeds allow high-quality mixtures to be produced

• Low tool speeds allow granules to be gently mixed or coated with additional substances

• One and the same mixer is suitable for mixing, granulating, coating, kneading
